Igor Gonda, Advisor, has decades of academic and industrial experience in Australia, UK and USA for research and development of therapeutic and diagnostic agents delivered by oral inhalation, nasal and transdermal delivery. He was Senior Scientist and Group Leader at Genentech Inc., San Francisco (USA), followed by Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer at Aradigm Corporation, Hayward (USA). He then became Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Acrux Pty Ltd., Melbourne (Australia) before he returned to Aradigm Corporation as the Chief Executive Officer. In 2018, he set up a consulting company Respidex LLC that serves the pharmaceutical industry and not-for-profit organizations. He has received numerous prestigious international awards for his contributions to the development of inhaled therapies. He is the inventor and co-inventor of numerous patents and has over 150 publications.
